Thorough examinations
A full chiropractic examination will take place after our initial discussion, including orthopaedic and neurological tests. Should it be necessary, further information may be gathered, such as requesting previous tests results from your GP, or sending a patient for a private X-ray or MRI scan.
Report of findings
Before treatment begins, a full explanation of the examination findings and what is wrong will be given. You will also be advised on the treatment plan, what sort of treatment you will receive, and how many treatments you may need. Advice on posture, exercise, lifestyle changes and other measures to help improve your recovery may also be given.
If chiropractic care is not deemed appropriate for your condition, the chiropractor will say and an appropriate referral will be made.
